For the best flavor, use fresh, filtered water and grind your coffee just before brewing. Adjust the amount of coffee to suit your taste.

Recommended Coffee-to-Water Ratio

Use 2 tablespoons of ground coffee for every 6 ounces of water, or approximately 1 gram of coffee for every 16 grams of water.
