How fresh is the coffee?
We roast to order in small batches. Every bag is labeled with the roast date — most ship within 1–3 business days of roasting.
Whole bean or ground?
Each product page lists the grind options we offer. For best flavor, we recommend whole bean and grinding just before brewing.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Yes — manage your subscription through the customer portal link in your receipts, or email us and we'll take care of it.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. Email us through the contact page with a few details about your cafe or shop and we'll send our wholesale info.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 14 days with a photo and your order number — we'll send a replacement or a refund, no questions asked.
