Orders ship from our roastery in small daily batches. Standard shipping is the rate shown at checkout, with free shipping available over a threshold you can see in your cart.

Processing time

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after roasting. Subscription shipments ship on a regular cadence based on your plan.

Shipping rates

Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout and shown in your cart. Free shipping kicks in at the threshold displayed when you add items to your cart.

Returns & exchanges

If something arrives damaged or you're not happy with your order, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right — typically a replacement or a refund.

Lost or delayed packages

Carrier delays happen. If a package hasn't moved in 7+ days, reach out and we'll work with the carrier to track it down.
