Part of the sustainability-focused FAF Bob-O-Link initiative, this naturally processed specialty coffee reflects generations of craftsmanship and a commitment to protecting the land. Smooth and naturally sweet, it offers inviting notes of milk chocolate, brown sugar, and caramel, with gentle acidity and a rich, satisfying finish.

Brazil Sítio Sassafras — A Legacy Since 1888
Four generations. One family. A remarkable Brazilian coffee.
The story of Sítio Sassafras begins not in Brazil, but in Italy.
In 1888, the Vanini family boarded a steamship bound for Brazil, carrying little more than their hopes for a better future. They settled in the Brazilian countryside, where they began working on coffee plantations and eventually established a farm of their own.
More than 135 years later, that tradition lives on.
Today, the fourth generation of the Vanini family continues to cultivate exceptional coffee at Sítio Sassafras, working with FAF Coffees and its Bob-O-Link initiative—a community of farmers dedicated to preserving the environment while producing outstanding specialty coffee.
Named for a migratory songbird that travels between North and South America, the Bob-O-Link project represents a commitment to protecting the land, its wildlife, and the families who depend on it.
The coffee itself reflects that care. Hand-selected cherries are naturally dried to develop a rich, beautifully balanced flavor with notes of milk chocolate, brown sugar, caramel, and a gentle nuttiness.
From an Italian family's journey in 1888 to your coffee cup today, every sip carries a piece of their story.
